A trio of indies reveal which celebs they most wish would walk through the door of their shop(s).

Door opener: “I would love Andy Murray to visit my shop. I love what he has done in bringing so much success to British tennis in recent years and he brought the feelgood factor back after his Wimbledon and Olympic wins. His mum Judy has already visited us so maybe next time she will bring Andy with her.”
Stephen McHale, co-owner of Bentleys, Stourport and Maddison, Harborne
Door opener: “That’s a hard one…from a business point of view I would choose Michael Jackson as he was well known for extravagant spending and he could teach me to moonwalk while entertaining me with song.
Mother Teresa would be another top choice. She would probably talk me into donating all I that I own to charity, but I think sitting and having a drink with her would be great.
I would also love to see Elvis as he provides most of our music and we could wear matching jumpsuits with Bentleys’ branding for work.”

Door opener: “If Claudia Winkleman walked into my shop it would make my day. I love her bubbly personality and her quick wit. She makes me laugh out loud and I covet most of her clothes and shoes. I would love to go out for a drink with her and we could chat about our mutual tendency for a fringe!”
