Stationery Awards finalists revealed

Established brands and new names feature in line-up for ceremony at LSS

Forty different brands have made the finalists’ list for the Stationery Awards 2024, with the impressive line-up running from the well-established to newbies on the scene.

The nominees for the 2024 awards were revealed yesterday, 1 May, from among the deluge of entries across all 120-plus exhibitors who will be representing over 300 brands at London Stationery Show, which runs over Tuesday and Wednesday, 14-15 May at the Business Design Centre in Islington.

All exhibitors were invited to submit products that have been launched over the last year across 11 distinct product categories, plus the brand-new Icon Award which is for stationery products or ranges that have stood the test of time.

The entries were judged entirely by a panel of leading stationery retailers with each asked to vote individually for what they considered the top five product entries in each category. These votes were then correlated with the top scorers being revealed in the finalists’ list – with six making the grade in most categories although some were extended where there was a tie in votes.

All finalist products will be showcased in a dedicated feature area at the show for the duration while the winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony which will take place on the evening of the opening Tuesday at London Stationery Show, in an event sponsored by The Stationers’ Company and supported by the Business Design Centre.

“The Stationery Awards 2024 finalists are testament to the dynamic evolution of the stationery sector,” commented Chantelle White, event manager of London Stationery Show.

“It’s amazing to see the breadth of innovation, talent and product excellence right across the board – from well-loved established brands right through to newer start-ups – we can’t wait to celebrate with all the finalists and the stationery community at the show in a few weeks’ time.”
