The Henries’ Tickets All Set To Get Everyone In The Groove

There are now just two weeks to go until The Henries 2021, which is all set to be the industry’s big celebratory comeback party!

The official tickets for the awards event (which takes place on Thursday October 7) bring the Boogie Wonderland theme of The Henries 2021 to life, and not just in the funky design, as they include a QR code to relive the cool beats of Earth, Wind and Fire and The Emotions’ video of the 1979 hit, thanks to Greetanica.

The design of the wonderful keepsake tickets was down to Beth Kemp, designer of The Art File, superbly produced by Windles, with the lovely board donated by GF Smith.

Of the inspiration behind the design, Beth revealed it was “retro posters and design from the iconic 70s disco era” that sparked it off. “I wanted to use a mix of vivid, bold hues, stylised ‘groovy’ typography and flowing psychedelic pattern. The theme was such fun to work with, and above all had to encapsulate a positive vibe and be an all-round celebration of the decade, and our industry’s comeback party, which I think we have achieved!”

This is not Beth’s only connection to The Henries this year, as she is also designed The Art File’s Fierce & Fabulous range as well as the Soulmates collections, both of which are among the publisher’s nine nominations in this year’s awards programme.

With Greetanica’s GreetCodes having made their global debut at PG Live in July (enabling people to easily attach a digital video song, video message, or any other link through using QR codes), Yair Hazan, co-owner of the entrepreneurial tech company was delighted to sponsor the addition of the Boogie Wonderland video link on The Henries ticket.
