What’s Hot for Jo Brewer

Gallery owner reveals her picks for perfectly-formed greetings offer

The best way to find out what’s selling is to ask the people at the sharp end, who are selling it – so, every month, PG puts the “what’s hot” question out to greeting card retailers.

And Jo Brewer, who owns the Henry Brewer Gallery in West Bridgford and Gallery 18 in Loughborough, is very happy with her small but perfectly-formed greeting card selection.

She told PG: “Our physical card sales area is relatively small at both galleries, so we restrict the extent of our offering as we can’t be all things to all men.

“We buy from dedicated art ranges, all blanks, which remain strong at both shops. All other ranges are selected as they generally cover our needs for occasions, birthdays, age etc.”

Here Jo reveals her What’s Hot picks…

Cinnamon Aitch, Margo, Piccadilly and Amelia ranges – “a bestselling everyday publisher”.

Louise Mulgrew, all ranges – “goes down well with customers”.
