Card Factory Ramps Up Its Charity Giving

Card Factory is ramping up the huge amounts it already gives to charity with the formation of its own charity foundation.

The Card Factory Foundation, whose tagline is ‘supporting causes close to our hearts’ has three different strands. The CFF Family Fund is a commitment to offer a helping hand to colleagues and their families in time of hardship or life-changing events; The CFF Community Fund will support projects and charitable causes to benefit the communities of its colleagues and stores while The CFF Match Fund will provide match-funding for money raised by colleagues for charitable causes.

“We are delighted that we have given £250,000 to charity in the first quarter of this year,” Karen Hubbard, ceo of Card Factory told PG Buzz. “The creation of the Card Factory Foundation enables all of our colleagues to have a say in how we can support needy causes in their communities and further afield.”

Card Factory has a long history of giving to charity and has raised over £5 million for Macmillan Cancer Support over the last decade.
