Stormy Knight’s ‘BLOOM’-ing Great PG Live Window Promotion

While Stormy Knight’s major launch of its BLOOM seed card range at PG Live this week (tomorrow and Wednesday – July 27 and 28) is bound to attract the eye of retailers visiting the show, the publisher has come up with an innovative incentive for them to order – with the chance to win bespoke window art for their shop.

Featuring beautiful floral images from popular illustrator Clare Owen, the BLOOM seed card collection come with UK-made, biodegradable seed sticks inside that the recipient can plant in pots or their garden and enjoy for months.

Sarah Knight, owner of Stormy Knight worked closely with the paper engineers at Windles to design the card shape and structure to enable the seed stick packets to fit snuggly inside.  To ensure the collection is completely plastic-free, the cards are held together using a Kard Klasp that highlights the inclusion of the seed sticks, which feature a bee-friendly flower mix, herb mix, wildflower mix, strawberries, field poppies, chamomile, forget-me-not, lavender and dwarf sunflower seeds, across the collection.

“In order to give BLOOM a really cool launch I wanted to do something a bit different,” Sarah told PG Buzz, who came up with the ‘blooming’ good idea which will see every retailer who orders the range going into a draw for the chance to win bespoke ‘bloom’ window vinyls for their shop using the floral artwork from the cards.

“Clare and I will work with the winning shop to get their window dimensions and discuss any kind of messaging – It could be something like ‘Brighton in bloom’ or ‘have a blooming lovely day’ that could be personal to their shop or high street and would of course look beautiful!’ said Sarah.
