Who’s The Best For Service?

The greeting card publisher finalists in the Best Service to the Independent Retailer award in The Henries 2018 have been revealed today (August 2).

Print“We had an incredible response to the Best Service poll this year,” confirmed Warren Lomax, joint managing director of Max Publishing, which organises The Henries, the industry’s most prestigious accolades for greeting card publishers. “With service ever high on the agenda for independent card retailers, knowing that they have card publisher suppliers upon whom they can rely for a swift, efficient and accurate deliveries, as well as a friendly face from their sales teams, and responsive back up staff in case of queries, is paramount.”

As in previous years, there is a Bronze, Silver and Gold trophy for this award category. The ‘dynamic dozen’ publishers who are all contenders for this award are listed below in alphabetical order.

The winners of the Bronze, Silver and Gold trophies for this important award category will not be revealed until The Henries 2018 awards event, the industry’s ‘big night’, which this year takes place on Thursday 4 October at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.

Many other publishers are clearly pulling out the stops on the service front too and ranked highly in indies’ eyes.
