As the judging for the product categories in The Henries draws to a close at midnight (GMT) this Sunday (August 22), independent retailers now have until 5pm next Friday (27 August) to cast their votes for which three greeting card publishers they feel have excelled on the service front over the last year.
“The Best Service to the Independent Retailer is such a prestigious category that we want to ensure as many indies as possible can cast their votes,” commented Warren Lomax, joint managing director of Max Publishing (which owns and organises The Henries). “It has been great to see such a strong torrent of votes from indies, from all over the UK keen that the right publishers receive the recognition they deserve. By extending the deadline a few more days enables even more retailers can vote!”

As ever, there will be three awards in the Best Service category of The Henries – a Bronze, Silver and the ultimate Gold.
The finalists of all the product categories in The Henries 2021 will be announced at the end of next week and the Best Service contenders will follow the week after.
Meanwhile all the winners will be unveiled at a Boogie Wonderland-themed awards extravaganza on Thursday 7 October, which will take place at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, London – and will be hosted by none other than the marvellous Tom Allen.
