The role:

The GCA membership co-ordinator will be responsible for administering all memberships; renewing existing members, joining new ones, and responding to members’ queries.

In addition offering members general help and support, and maintaining the GCA Range Name Register. Also supporting the CEO by helping to maintain and update the GCA website, social media and organise and run seminars.

The role is initially for 3 mornings a week based in North Rd, London N7. We are happy to work around the right candidate. There is the opportunity to build the role, and potentially increase the hours if desired.

Skills and Experience:
The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, organised, with excellent communication skills and good at working on their own initiative.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, experience of managing a website CMS and database management would be bonus. Enjoying sending greeting cards is a definite advantage.

Work experience essential, ideally in a customer service, sales or office environment.
