Made In Wales awards recognise IG Design Group’s eco commitment
Being committed to sustainability has earned IG Design Group a Made In Wales award nomination.
Organised by Insider Media, the awards recognise manufacturing businesses which have made remarkable achievements over the past year, celebrating great products, innovations, business success and ways of working from companies of all sizes across the principality in 11 categories.
And the Sustainable/Ethical Manufacturer award is for a company that has demonstrated the greatest commitment, though its products and processes, to forging a sustainable future for their company and region.
IG Design’s Eco Nature arm – which was showcased at PG Live in the summer and the branded FSDUs have just landed in Sainsbury’s – is one of eight shortlisted for the award.
“I’m absolutely delighted to be shortlisted,” David Jackson, IGDG’s head of commercial, said. “It’s a superb effort from the whole Eco Nature/IG Design Group team.”
“We pride ourselves on our industry-leading credentials when it comes to sustainable manufacturing and it’s fantastic to be recognised for our mission to make a difference.”
It’s the 13th year of these awards, and the winners will be revealed on 19 October at a black-tie event at the Mercure Holland House Hotel in Cardiff.
